An agreement between YOU and John Rattigan representing JR Training Services Ltd and The Property Investor PA Ltd

1. This agreement runs for a minimum of 6 months from the date of your application unless John Rattigan has not renewed his annual agreement with Hometrack, in which case a pro-rata refund will be made to you for any unused period you may have paid for. 6 months is the minimum term of this agreement. By subscribing you are agreeing to a minimum term of 6 months and the full amount for 6 months access (currently £180.00), is due in full whether you wish to continue with the service or not. 

Please note that where the trial option is taken, this is a one off concession to allow investors to try out the service and ascertain if it is for them. Only one trial per investor, and the trial fee will not be refunded nor offset against any future subscription.

2. Terms of payment:

The Hometrack subscription costs £30 per person per month for unlimited reports (subject to the usual fair usage policy) . 

This sum is payable quarterly in advance to John Rattigan in instalments of £90

The first payment will be £90 payable by PayPal or credit/debit card, unless a special offer has been agreed. 

Future payments are to be made quarterly by standing order and once you have subscribed a mandate will be sent to you to complete and return to YOUR bank

If the subscriber would rather pay by any other method, there will be an additional admin charge of £20 per quarter, making the quarterly payment £110 instead of £90 and this is non negotiable.

The monthly subscription is subject to quarterly review by Hometrack and by signing this form below you agree that the monthly subscription may increase. Appropriate notice will be given.

3. Hometrack will provide one username and password for the group account. For security Hometrack will change the login details once a month and all subscribers will receive the new access information in good time as long as thier account is in order.

4. All subscribers agree that this deal is for individually subscribed members via John Rattigan only, and that the access details will not be given or sold without obtaining written confirmation from John Rattigan

5. Hometrack may cancel the agreement at any time if they find:

a. the account has excessive downloads beyond what the group is willing to pay,

b. the login information is sold outside our group.

John Rattigan/JR Training Services Ltd/The Property Investor PA Ltd may provide Hometrack with subscribers’ e-mail addresses to verify the quantity of downloads on the account is reasonable for the monthly subscription fee.

I confirm that by confirming my subscription and paying my first quarterly instalment, that I have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, hereafter referred to as "The Small Print"
