24 July 2008 - Property PA Service launches new 'Vendor Call Only' Service

In response to customer demand in these financially challenging times, we are pleased to announce a new streamlined service to help investors keep control of their operating costs. This new service allows you to utilise the PA team solely to make the time consuming call to the vendor - that means that for a reduction on our standard lead qualification fee we will leave the due diligence and any lead follow up work to you and just make the call and report back. This cost effective 'no-frills' service is available at a discount of 33% on our normal fee per lead, and should appeal to those that find it difficult to make the time for vendor calls but are happy to do their own due diligence in order to keep the costs down.
