LEAD QUALIFICATION - Our most popular service! Let us take away all the time consuming activity of making contact with the vendors and assessing if there is a deal there to pursue. All your leads telephone qualified, due diligence carried out, and passed back to you ready to quickly and easily evaluate.

NEGOTIATION - If you don't have the time, skills or inclination to negotiate, we can do it for you. Tell us your parameters and let our experienced team endeavour to match your solution with the vendor's problem to create a win-win.

MEET THE VENDOR - No time or no wish to meet with the vendor? We can do that too. Or you can accompany us to learn and see how it is done. We probe vendor to understand their needs and motivation, offer potential solutions, take pictures and assess the deal viability and report back to you (no negotiation).

MEET THE VENDOR PLUS - As above, but we will negotiate, get a signed agreement if appropriate, and tie up the deal for you to instruct your team to proceed to completion.

MEET THE SURVEYOR - Want someone to represent you at the survey? We can even do that too! Tell us where, when, and what you are looking to achieve and we will meet the surveyor for you (Please note that for obvious reasons no guarantees can be given with this service).
